3.1 Hygiene Standards
Due to the sanitary nature of grooming products, we maintain a strict return policy:
- Consumables: Beard oils, waxes, and balms cannot be returned once the protective seal is broken or the product is used.
- Grooming Tools: Trimmers and shears can only be returned if they are in their original, unopened packaging or if they are found to be mechanically defective upon arrival.
3.2 7-Day Inspection Window
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will facilitate a priority exchange or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3.3 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are credited to your bank account or original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
